I found out I was denied my PLUS loan a day before my arrival here. Yes, I have been awarded the money to attend the program here in Fairfield, and things are going remarkably well. This is a seriously ground-breaking life-altering program and I expect to come into full bloom here. Our class is only the second to engage with Director David Lynch's Program.
But... my refund won't be $5,900 bucks per semester like I had hoped. It will be just $391 per semester. About enough to purchase seven lobsters and leave a reasonable tip.
That news was a disappointing challenge to just about every plan I had going. But with only fifty bucks in pocket and a couple thousand in debt, I vow to "...make like a nail and press on." I can still appeal so there's that, but I've got some bullshit Walmart thing from a decade ago mucking up the credit.
If a friend with good credit will endorse the loan, I'd be full-throttle. I hope one of you would consider this and help an old boy get a world-class education.
But that's a risk for anyone to take, even though I'm just about to come into my own. So feel free instead to simply add a little more contribution to the Fundrazr because I need your support and come hell or high water, I'm doing this program and will not permit negativity and road bumps to stand in the way.
And if you co-sign with me and take a chance that I'll be a big deal and remember how you helped me go to Grad School... when my check clears in September, I'll give you $1,000 cash and we can make some mutually beneficial arrangement.
Hey, when life gives you lemons, you make lobsters with lots of butter and then squeeze the lemons.
Remember, if you choose to donate even a small amount to the cause, you'll get the secret link to my Tom at Maharishi University of Management blog and you can follow along for two years. I'll be talking to David Lynch Monday night 7pm Central on August 20th, 2018. Wouldn't you like to hear what happens?
Thanks, my friends.
