THE BIGGEST ARTS EVENT OF THE YEAR!
ITEM: The second and final event in a months-long project: ARTISTS SUPPORTING PRIDE - RAINBOW SPIRITS! 25 artists transform 25 retired Macy's Store Mannequins into Fabulous Works of ART to raise money for PRIDE 2018!

A most original and extraordinary event - we invite you to cover this event for your media outlet - 25 artists have come together and over a one-month span of time, have applied their talents and creativity to re-purpose twenty-five retired Macy's Mannequins (which would have likely ended up in a bin) into exquisite works of art which will be auctioned off to the public to raise money for the PRIDE Community Center.
Along with the annual parade and festival (featuring entertainment, artists, and speakers), the PRIDE Community Center also provides year-round assistance such as HIV testing, women’s health services and transgender and youth support groups.
