The past few years, I have been diligently at work sorting through, evaluating, and digitally posting the finest elements of the Reinhard Palovcik FREDInk Archives. If you have not heard of the archives, click the link above which will explain. One of the first things I did was to make available Ron's previously published official books. Since then, I have compiled and added previously unreleased poetry, as he asked me to do, as well as musical collaborations and other authors waxing poetic about Ron's work and life. It has taken literally years, and countless hours of painstaking work. All this can be seen at any time by visiting the Hause der Reinhard. Recently added is author Shamrock McShane's reminiscence of Ron--a literary work part of a larger piece called, Scenes from the Cave Wall. Entitled, "Ron's Theory of the Afterlife", which Sham allowed me to post to my blog in December of 2007. This piece now has a resonate presence in the Hause der Reinhard.
As part of the Tom Miller Secret Site (in which you are currently residing), much of the material you can discover here exists only because of that archive. Hundreds of VideoFilms, works of AudioArt, poetry & writings, art, photography, and press all came from this archive. And not only my work, the archive contains thousands of photographs of Gainesville bands and artists over a two-decade period. It's historic! And also, there are thousands of unpublished poems, handwritten in Ron's sketch books in his unique scrawl which I learned to read having known him as a best friend for such a long time. We will be able to enjoy these works and in some small way, revisit with our dear friend and fan of all things artistic in the Center of the Universe.
Coming soon, I intend to digitize hundreds of songs & videos from original Gainesville bands on various media formats long left behind. The cassette tape (remember those?) The VHS. The mini-VHS. The Digital Audio Tape format. Even yes...floppy disks. To make this happen, I need to purchase some gear (to convert these formats) which is outside my budget, and that's why I need your help. So I set up this Fundrazr in the hopes that just a few friends who have an interest in seeing this work available to the musicians and artists who created them will help me to accomplish this goal.

The poems are typed in by hand and edited by me. The photographs are scanned in one at a time, cropped, and edited to bring out the best quality. The music is edited, formatted, and brought to its highest level of fidelity through mastering. The videos are edited, and uploaded. Countless hours have been poured over the years into this labor of love, such that this work can live on and be shared and enjoyed for as long as possible.
