Local Performance Artist, Tom Miller, has taken a vow and begun what may be the oddest fundraising effort in American history to call attention to the fact that Lobster was a traditional Thanksgiving and Christmas feast long before Turkey ever was.
"I want to save the lives of Turkeys by eating Lobster, raise awareness of American history, save lobsters from cannibalizing each other in inhumane ways! I want to eat Lobsters to save our Planet." Said Miller. "This is my way of saving turkeys, and bringing awareness to how we are letting our environment turn into a big boiling pot of water."
Miller, whose notorious adoration of all things lobster is well known, has sworn that he will eat $1,000 worth of Lobster tails (all varieties) before Christmas and is soliciting like-minded individuals to help him in this cause. Miller currently stands at 2% of his target goal.
